I only caught the first 30 mins of Parking Mad last night (the rest was recorded) but what I saw was both entertaining and informative. I’ll be watching the rest tonight and posting my own review in the near future, but The Telegraph have one up now if you want to get a better overview of the documentary.
Full of British eccentrics, Parking Mad was highly entertaining and at points it had me laughing out loud. It also lightly broached a serious issue: the problems between motorists and parking regulators reflect our dysfunctional relationship with the state, which seems most efficient when catching out the generally law abiding.
